Delrevés
"Delrevés" was a gastronomic experience designed by us, a group of students of the 
"Escuela Superior de Diseño de Madrid" who were taking the subject "Design in the Kitchen 2022-2023", in collaboration with the Higher School of Hospitality and Tourism in Madrid.

How would we eat in an upside down world? We invite you to question basic concepts of our culture regarding food while having fun.
